Daily Qur'an & Hadith 23 June 2019 (18 Shawal 1440)

English Translation of Al-Quran
[06] Surah Al-An'am [The Cattle]
Ayat 6. Have they not seen how many a generation before them We have destroyed whom We had established on the earth such as We have not established you? And We poured out on them rain from the sky in abundance, and made the rivers flow under them. Yet We destroyed them for their sins, and created after them other generations.
Tafseer of Surah Al An'am (The Cattle) Ayat 6. See they not how many of those before them We did destroy? generations We had established on the earth, in strength such as We have not given to you - for whom We poured out rain from the skies in abundance, and gave (fertile) streams flowing beneath their (feet): yet for their sins We destroyed them, and raised in their wake fresh generations (to succeed them). Now comes the argument from history, looking backwards and forwards. If we are so short-sighted or arrogant as to suppose that we are firmly established on the earth, secure in our privileges, we are reminded of much greater nations in the past, who failed in their duty and were wiped out. In their fate we must read our own fate, if we fail likewise! But those without faith, instead of facing facts squarely "turn away therefrom."

English Translation of Hadith
Hazrat Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) said: You indulge in (bad) actions which are more insignificant to you than a hair while we considered them at the time of Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) to be great destroying sins".
[Al-Bukhari 08, Chapter 76, Hadith # 499].
Lesson: as mentioned above in Surah Al-An'am Ayat 06. Yet We destroyed them for their sins, and created after them other generations” The less fear of Allah, one has the more disobedient he becomes to Him. As the fear of Allah decreases, one becomes more bold in committing sins. As the Companions of the Prophet [SAWW](PBUH) were intensely fearful of Allah, they were afraid of committing even very minor sins.

Imagine spreading knowledge to millions of people while earning immense rewards and blessings
Today's Beautiful Hadith is about Ayatul Qursi
Narrated 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud (RA): "Allah has not created in the heavens nor in the earth what is more magnificent than Ayat Al-Kursi." Sufyan (RA) said: "Because Ayat Al-Kursi is the Speech of Allah, and Allah's Speech is greater than Allah's creation of the heavens and the earth."

(Tirmidhi, Vol. 5, Book 42, Hadith 2884)

Remember Ayat ul Qursi is a protection for us. Keep it close on the tongue and in the heart. Never let it leave your side and teach your children it, giving it paramount importance.

Thank you for being a member of our global community and have a blessed day and just before you go, say Alhamdulillah and start your day by earning blessings :)

On the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with them), who said that the Messenger of Allah (may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said:
'He who has done a wrong affecting his brother's honour or anything else, let him ask his forgiveness today before the time (i.e., the Day of Resurrection) when he will have neither a dinar nor a dirham. If he has done some good deeds, a portion equal to his wrong doings will be subtracted from them; but if he has no good deeds, he will be burdened with the evil deeds of the one he had wronged in the same proportion.''
