Daily Qur'an & Hadith 17 May 2019 (11 Ramadan 1440)

English Translation of Al-Quran
[05] Surah Al-Ma'idah [The Table Spread With Food]
Ayat 76. Say (O Muhammad image001.jpg [SAWW](PBUH) to mankind): "How do you worship besides Allah something which has no power either to harm or to benefit you? But it is Allah Who is the All Hearer, All Knower."
Tafseer of Surah Al Ma'idah Ayat 76. Say: "Will ye worship, besides Allah, something which hath no power either to harm or benefit you? But Allah,- He it is that heareth and knoweth all things." only the unrighteous could see the consequences, they would see the terrible Penalty, and that all Power is in Allah's hands, not in those of anyone else. Who are these others who are used as fetishes by the misguided? They may be; (1) creatures of their own imagination, or of their faculties misused; the idea lying behind idols is akin to this, for no intelligent idol-worshipper owns to worshipping stocks and stones; or (2) good leaders whose names have been misused out of perversity to erect them to a position of equality with Allah; or (3) Powers of evil that deliberately mislead. When it comes to the inevitable consequences of blasphemy and the rejection of Allah, the eyes of all are opened and these false and artificial relations dissolve. The idea which was created into a fetish disowns its follower, i.e. is seen to have no reasonable basis in the life of the follower, and the follower is forced to renounce it as false. The good leaders whose names were misused would of course disown the misuse of their names, and the evil ones would take an unholy delight in exposing the facts. The Reality is now irresistible, but alas! at what cost? (Cf. 3:83)

English Translation of Hadith
Hazrat Salman bin `Amir (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah image001.jpg [SAWW](PBUH) saying, "When one of you breaks his Saum (fasting), let him break it on dates; if he does not have any, break his fast with water for it is pure.''
[Abu Dawud Hadith # 2355 and At-Tirmidhi Hadith # 658].

Do YOU know about the forgotten Sunnah?
A useful Hadith About Cupping
Did you know that Hijama (cupping) is one of the most recommended Sunnahs by the Prophet (peace be upon him).

Read what our Nabi said about it.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "If anyone has himself cupped (Hijama) on the 17th, 19th and 21st, it will be a remedy for every disease."

(Sunan Abi Dawud 3861)

INVITE FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO RECIEVE THEIR DAILY HADITH
On the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with them), who said that the Messenger of Allah (may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said:
'Allah, the Almighty, says: `Whosoever does a good deed, will have (reward) ten times like it and I add more; and whosoever does an evil, will have the punishment like it or I will forgive (him); and whosoever approaches Me by one span, I will approach him by one cubit; and whosoever approaches Me by one cubit, I approach him by one fathom, and whosoever comes to me walking, I go to him running; and whosoever meets Me with an earth-load of sins without associating anything with Me, I meet him with forgiveness like that.''
