[05] Surah Al-Ma'idah [The Table Spread With Food]
Ayat 46. And in their footsteps, We sent 'Iesa PBUH (Jesus), son of Maryam PBUH (Mary) , confirming the Taurat (Torah) that had come before him, and We gave him the Injeel (Gospel), in which was guidance and light and confirmation of the Taurat (Torah) that had come before it, a guidance and an admonition for Al-Muttaqun (the pious).
Tafseer of Surah Al Ma'idah Ayat 46. And in their footsteps We sent Jesus PBUH the son of Mary PBUH, confirming the Law that had come before him: We sent him the Gospel: therein was guidance and light, and confirmation of the Law that had come before him: a guidance and an admonition to those who fear Allah. Guidance and light: For the meaning of the Gospel (Injeel), see Appendix III, "On the Injeel , (printed at the end of this Surah).

English Translation of Hadith
Hazrat Tamim bin Aus Ad-Dari (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah image001.jpg [SAWW](PBUH) said, "Ad-Deen is sincerity". We said: "For whom?'' He replied, "For Allah, His Book, His Messenger and for the leaders of the Muslims and their masses".
[Muslim Book 01, Chapter 24, Hadith # 098]
Lesson: as mentioned above in Surah Al-Ma'idah Ayat 46. And in their footsteps, We sent 'Iesa PBUH (Jesus), son of Maryam PBUH (Mary) , confirming the Taurat (Torah) that had come before him, and We gave him the Injeel (Gospel), in which was guidance and light” This Hadith stresses the importance and merits of general sincerity. Sincerity for Allah here means that one must have true faith in Him and He should be worshipped with full devotion and sincerity. Sincerity for the Qur'an means that one should confirm its truth with one's full heart and mind, recite it regularly, act upon the injunctions contained in it with meticulous care and strictly avoid its misinterpretation. Sincerity of the Prophet image001.jpg (PBUH) means sincere confirmation of his Prophet hood, faithful obedience of his orders and adherence to his Sunnah. The goodwill of the Muslim rulers stands here for co-operating with them in their lawful orders and obedience of their such orders which are free from any trace of sin. If they deviate from the Straight Path they should be persuaded to turn to virtue. One should not revolt against them unless they commit infidelity. The goodwill of the Muslim masses means that one should work for the betterment of their life in this world and the Hereafter. They should be provided the right guidance, induced to perform good deeds and deterred from evils.

Can I ask my prospective spouse if he/she is a virgin? Is this permitted?
Today's Beautiful Hadith is about Dajjal
Narrated Hudhaifa (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said about Ad-Dajjal that he would have water and fire with him: (what would seem to be) fire would be cold water and (what would seem to be) water would be fire.

(Sahih Bukhari 7130, Book 92, Hadith 76)

On the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with them), who said that the Messenger of Allah (may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said:
'A woman is married for four things: for her wealth, for her lineage, for her beauty or for her piety. Select the pious, may you be blessed!''
